OM642 YEARS 08-15 V6 3.0 L Mercedes long block assembly
Each of our remanufactured Engines include:
-New standard or oversize pistons and rings
-Crankshaft turned next size and comes with new oversized main & rod bearings
-New cylinder head and connecting rod bolts
-New timing & oil pump chains
-New guide rails, sprockets and tensioner
-Cylinder Head’s rebuild process includes: new guides, 3 angle valve job, pressure test and surface
-Brand new oil pump
-New oil filter housing
-New OEM Victor Reinz seals and gaskets
Oil pressure tests, compression and leak down tests MUST BE passed by all of our engines to ensure the highest quality before selling.
5 year/100,000 mile warranty is provided
Long block engine assembly with above included items means this is NOT a complete engine. Accessories such as injectors, manifolds, turbo, alternator, fuel pump, will need to be transfered to make it a complete running engine.
Core exchange is required, old core must be in rebuildable condition.
